theSeller: The company Laurganic™ registered under number 09215820 is the exclusive distributer of all products under the brandnames adArt™ by LaurganiQ®.
These terms apply to all sales initiated through this adArt™ by LaurganiQ® blog. Unless explicitely stated otherwise and confirmed in writing signed by an individual authorized by Laurganic™. No person working for or in assignment of Laurganic™ is entitled to alter any of these terms through agreements or concessions made by email or phone.
To buy a painting or print a buyer must be, at least, 18 years old.
All paintings and prints are original works. All prints are limited editions with the maximum number of prints explicitly mentioned (usually 08). The copyright of these works remains with the artist. No reproductions are allowed without previous consent of the artist, explicitly confirmed in writing. All such requests will be handled exclusively by Laurganic™.
Shipping and handling costs are 15 euros when shipped anywhere whithin the European Union and 25 euros when shipped anywhere else. All shipments include insurance covering the costs of the painting or print. Track and trace is included with each shipment. In case of damages or missing goods the seller must be contacted as soon as possible, but at least within 48 hours after delivery or expected delivery. Paintings and prints are sold and shipped without frame and rolled up.
Payments can be made through Paypal®. Paypal® provides payment options by bank transfer and credit card. As stated, prices on the blog include 19% VAT. Actual prices can differ dependent on the applicable VAT rate. Shipping will take place within 48 hours after receiving your payment. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier service, but will not exceed 30 days.
Return shipments are accepted when the timestamp of the return shipment is not of a later date than 7 days after delivery. Goods must be returned in the same condition and packaging as they were send in. All costs and risks of return shipments are for the account of the buyer.
Refunds will be made within 30 days after the painting or print is received by the seller. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The sellers liability does never exceed the price of the goods sold. The seller cannot be held accountable/ liable for any indirect damages, punitive damages, loss of bussiness or other consequential damages.
The buyer is responsible for correct address and contact information, any change must be communicated to the seller immediately. Any costs or damages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer is for the account of the buyer.
Laurganic™ cares about your privacy. No information received from you will be sold or shared voluntarily without your explicit consent. Collected information will only be used for correct handling of the sales proces and for improvement of the services of the company Laurganic™. Your information will be handled with the utmost confidantiality, to the degree allowed by applicable law. Here, you(r), includes both the buyer as well as the visitor of this blog.
If any part of these terms is in conflict with applicable law and can therfor not be enforced, that does not mean a waiver for the remainder of these terms. Under such circumstance any individual term stated will continue to apply to any sales initiated through this adArt™ by LaurganiQ® blog.
Laurganic™ reserves the Right to amend these terms at any time. This will be communicated on this adArt™ by LaurganiQ® blog as soon as these amendments take place. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the latest version of these terms in advance to any purchase.
Any sales, as well as these terms, are governed by Dutch law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
